Hall is Uni's master diplomat

John C. HallAs senior Vice president of Universal Pictures Distribution's exhibitor relations group, Hall, 41, works together with participants to promote U's films. Hall jokes of his job, "Personally i think a little just like a diplomat."This Year, Hall worked with with exhibs on U's Minionator application for "Wretched Me." He eventually got 100% from the participants aboard to permit moviegoers to gain access to the application using their mobile products throughout the finish credits from the film -- no small task, since exhibs are infamously anti-mobile phone.Hall's experience as exhibitor might have prepared him for his 16 years at Universal. He began his career at AMC Theaters where he assisted the organization open the very first megaplex in Dallas.Hall's other passion, giving back, also involves the entertainment industry.
